Brief Psychotherapy: 1 Intake Therapy Session and 6-8 Therapy Sessions
- Brief Psychotherapy is determined at the beginning of treatment and is most often utilized for Mild symptoms of mental health (e.g., General Anxiety and Depression), help with adjusting to recent Life Changes, or if you are seeking general mental health Skill Building and Education.
Ongoing Psychotherapy: 1 Intake Therapy Session and 8+ Therapy Sessions
- Ongoing Psychotherapy is determined during treatment and is most often utilized for Moderate to Severe symptoms of mental health such as Severe and Complex Trauma, Interruptive Anxiety and Depression, Complex Grief, chronic conditions such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, OCD, and Personality Disorders.
