ADHD Assessment
A thoughtful, strengths‑based approach to understanding attention, energy, and executive functioning
Many adults move through life feeling like they’re working twice as hard to stay organized, manage time, or follow through on tasks, yet still feel misunderstood or mislabeled as “scattered,” “inconsistent,” or “unmotivated.” An Adult ADHD Assessment offers clarity, language, and support for patterns that may have been present since childhood but never fully recognized.
At Broken Compass, this process is collaborative and grounded in trauma‑informed, neurodiversity‑affirming care. We honor the ways you’ve adapted, survived, and succeeded and we explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment.

ASD Evaluation:
A compassionate, neurodiversity‑affirming path to clarity and self‑understanding
Many adults reach a point in life where long‑standing questions begin to surface: Why do I feel different? Why is socializing so draining? Why do I notice everything all at once? At Broken Compass, this process is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in trauma‑informed, neurodiversity‑affirming principles. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system and centers your autonomy every step of the way.

The ADHD Assessment Includes:
1. Initial Consultation
A trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming conversation to understand what brings you in, what you’re noticing, and what you hope to learn. We will also consider school experiences, work patterns, past diagnoses, coping strategies, and any previous assessments to create a full, integrated understanding. This sets the tone for a collaborative, steady process.
2. QbCheck Objective Test
An FDA-approved online computerized task test that measures hyperactivity, impulsivity, and inattention. The assessment is completed at your home using your computer and includes motion tracking and performance tasks to provide graphed data. This assessment is an objective measure with subjective report that provides a more accurate picture of how you may experience ADHD symptoms. It is used with nuance - not the sole determinant - in collaboration with your lived experience.
3. Feedback Session
A collaborative meeting where we walk through findings with clarity and care. You’ll have space to ask questions, process emotions, and explore what the results mean for your life moving forward.
